一、使用安裝基準面安裝方法
1、 Installation method using installation reference plane
先使用裝配螺絲將直線導軌底部基準面大概固定于床臺底部裝配面,再用虎鉗將滑軌側邊基準面逼緊床臺側邊裝配面,以確定滑軌位置后,使用扭力扳手,一定的扭力按順序鎖緊固定螺絲,將滑軌底部基準面逼緊床臺底部裝配面。
First, use the assembly screws to fix the bottom datum plane of the linear guide rail to the assembly surface at the bottom of the bed, and then use the vice to press the side datum plane of the slide rail against the assembly surface at the side of the bed, so as to determine the position of the slide rail, then use the torque wrench to lock the fixed screws in sequence with a certain amount of torque, and press the bottom datum plane of the slide rail against the assembly surface at the bottom of the bed.
二、從動側直線導軌的安裝

1、直線塊規(guī)法
1. Straight block gauge method
將直線塊規(guī)置于兩支直線導軌間,使用千分量表校準直線塊規(guī),使之與基準側滑軌之側邊基準面平行,再依直線塊規(guī)校準從動側滑軌,從動軌的一端開始校準并依序以特定的扭力鎖緊裝配螺絲。
Place the linear block gauge between the two linear guides, calibrate the linear block gauge with a micrometer to make it parallel to the side reference plane of the reference side slide rail, and then calibrate the driven side slide rail according to the linear block gauge. Start to calibrate one end of the driven rail and lock the assembly screws with a specific torque in sequence.


2、移動平臺法
2. Mobile platform method
將基準側兩個滑塊固定在一個測定平臺上,而從動側只裝上一個滑塊,滑軌和滑塊都尚未固定于床臺與平臺,使用附于從動側滑塊頂面千分量表,量測從動側滑塊的側基準面,從動直線導軌的一端開始校準并依序以特定的扭力鎖緊裝配螺絲。
Fix the two sliders on the reference side on a measuring platform, while the driven side is only equipped with one slider. The sliders and sliders have not been fixed on the bed and platform. Use the dial indicator attached to the top surface of the sliders on the driven side to measure the side reference plane of the sliders on the driven side. Start to calibrate one end of the driven linear guide rail and lock the assembly screws with a specific torque in sequence.
3、效仿基準側滑軌法
3. Follow the reference side slide rail method
將基準側直線導軌的兩個滑塊及從動側導軌其中一個滑塊固定于平臺,再將從動側的滑軌及其另一個滑軌約略分別固定于床臺及平臺,以基準側滑軌為準移動平臺,從滑軌一端開始,邊確認從動側直線導軌的滾動阻力,邊依序以特定的扭力鎖緊裝配螺絲。
Fix the two sliders of the linear guide rail on the reference side and one of the sliders on the driven side on the platform, and then roughly fix the slide rail on the driven side and the other slide rail on the bed and platform respectively. Move the platform based on the reference side slide rail. From one end of the slide rail, confirm the rolling resistance of the linear guide rail on the driven side, and lock the assembly screws with a specific torque in sequence.
4、專用工具法

使用工具確定從動側滑軌的位置,并依序以特定的扭力鎖緊裝配螺絲。
