預壓力的影響:為了避免造成機械傳動系統(tǒng)的明顯失步,提高螺帽剛性是很重要的然而高提高螺帽剛性,建議使螺帽預壓力達到一定水準。施加預壓力于螺帽會增加螺牙的摩擦扭矩,并使工作時的溫度升高。

若部件在130℃以上的高溫下長期運行的話,就會降低直線導軌的使用壽命。不管是設備所處的環(huán)境高溫,還是直線導軌在快速給進時的溫度,都會讓直線導軌處于異常的條件下,而高溫同樣會影響直線導軌的潤滑劑。引起高溫一般是由以下情況:

1、潤滑劑選擇不當,潤滑不足或者過分潤滑:有很多設備制造商覺得比較粘稠的潤滑劑會使設備運行更長時間而不需要再次潤滑.粘稠的潤滑劑會使滑塊和導軌的摩擦力提升,增加其內(nèi)部溫度,反之潤滑劑太過稀疏也不行,這樣會使得潤滑劑更快的流失,蒸發(fā),導致潤滑不足,后,導致高溫,燒死。所以,一般都會強調(diào)設備制造商能定期對傳動件進行保養(yǎng),保證雷尼摩申導軌的壽命。
1. Improper selection of lubricant, insufficient lubrication or excessive lubrication: many equipment manufacturers feel that the more viscous lubricant will make the equipment run for a longer time without re-lubrication. 2、粉塵過大:一些設備使用的環(huán)境,因為粉塵過大,導致滑塊滾動部位進入大量肉眼看不到的雜質(zhì),這樣也會增加其摩擦系數(shù),影響其預壓以及間隙,嚴重時,會對滾動體造成腐蝕,后導致卡死,電機燒死。
2.
