一、使用安裝基準進行安裝。
1、 Use the installation datum for installation.
先用裝配螺釘將導軌的底部基準面固定在床身臺的底部裝配面上,然后用虎鉗將導軌的側基準面壓緊在床身臺的側裝配面上,確定導軌的位置,用扳手按照一定的扭矩將導軌和導軌的固定面固定在床身臺上。
First, fix the bottom datum plane of the guide rail on the bottom assembly surface of the bed table with the assembly screw, then press the side datum plane of the guide rail on the side assembly surface of the bed table with the vise, determine the position of the guide rail, and fix the guide rail and the fixed surface of the guide rail on the bed table with the wrench according to a certain torque.
二、從動側導軌的安裝
2、 Installation of driven side guide rail
1.直塊規法
1. Straight block gauge method
將線性塊規放在兩個線性導軌之間,用千分尺校準線性塊規,使其平行于參考側滑軌的側參考平面,然后根據線性塊規校準從動側滑軌。從移動導軌的一端開始校準,按照一定的扭矩依次鎖緊裝配螺絲。
Place the linear block gauge between the two linear guides, calibrate the linear block gauge with a micrometer so that it is parallel to the side reference plane of the slide rail on the reference side, and then calibrate the slide rail on the driven side according to the linear block gauge. Start calibration from one end of the moving guide rail, and lock the assembly screws in turn according to a certain torque.


2.移動平臺方法
2. Mobile platform method
在測量平臺上的參考側固定兩個滑塊,但從動側只安裝一個滑塊,導軌和滑塊沒有固定在底座和平臺上。用千分尺測量從動側滑塊的側面基準面,千分尺固定在從動側滑塊的頂面上。檢查從動導軌的一端,按照一定的扭矩依次鎖緊裝配螺釘。
Two sliding blocks are fixed on the reference side of the measuring platform, but only one sliding block is installed on the driven side. The guide rail and sliding block are not fixed on the base and platform. Use a micrometer to measure the side reference plane of the sliding block at the driven side, and fix the micrometer on the top surface of the sliding block at the driven side. Check one end of the driven guide rail and lock the assembly screws in turn according to a certain torque.
3.遵循參考側滑軌方法。
3. Follow the reference side slide method.
基準側導軌的兩個滑塊和從動側的一個滑塊分別固定在平臺上,然后從動側導軌和床身及平臺上的另一個導軌分別固定。根據參考側滑軌移動平臺。從滑軌的一端開始,同時確認移動側導軌的滾動阻力,按照一定的扭矩依次鎖緊裝配螺絲。
